The new update didnt change anything. Still cant see the entire pass code box on a iPad 2. Please fix

still wasnt able to open it after the update for ios 7. im using ipad mini. please do something please. the thing where you type the passcode went all the way to upper right screen. please help. need my files there. do something pls

The recent update i couldnt recover my files anymore!!

This app used to be awesome before their password screen changed. Now I cant even access my photos! It tells me to configure my mail address under settings when I press the "forgot password" button- but there is no settings button because you cant get pass the first screen. This is so irritating! My password hasnt changed so why will the app not recognize it or let me pick another. Please fix- I need my photos

The update took away the number code box to get in. Now its not even in apps! CANT GET IN

Before it was ten digit key panel from 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9. But now it it is missing a zero, and I have a zero in my pass code, and cant unlock the app.

With the newest version the app has changed the way its pass codes are input. It is no longer numerical. The only problem is that it didnt first let me set up a pass code. Now I am locked out of the app. When I go to forgot pass code it tells me I never set up an email and to do so to go into the app and set it up. But I cant get into the app because I dont have a pass code. Very frustrating. Prior to this I was extremely happy with the app. Hopefully I can learn how to unlock it without losing what I had stored.

This new update is terrible and has caused my app to no longer work because I now require a password that it wouldnt let me create. I cannot lose all of my pictures and they need to fix this asap.

After I update this app I cant log in to see my picture .. I just want to get all my picture back..

Now since they changed the passcode. I cant access my pictures. You need to change it back.

Lost my phone, got a new one and my paid version isnt here! Where are my pics? Where is my PAID version?

I cant go into my album and when i click forgot password it says sth that doesnt work. I cant loose my videos and i just want them asap fix it quickly!!

I have all my pictures store in his app the new update would not allow me to view my pics the code pad has change I hate this plz fix ASAP

My phone automatically updates my apps, and they changed the password and I was never prompted to make a new one! I have lost all my important pictures now! Dont download the app so you dont lose your pictures too!!

Go back to the way it was!!! I cant access any of my photos

Update ruined everything and I lost all my pictures!! DONT DOWNLOAD! The app developers deleted all the horrible reviews from people who also lost their files. Use something else! Just shows the dont care about their paying customers!

Ok you fixed it but we were all locked out of our pictures for too long. You have no way for people to contact you and no web site. I ended up trying Photo Vault and it is so much better with more features and a lot of great photo tools. If you wouldnt have forced me to find something I would have continued to use your product.

Thank you for updating this app. I was very satisfied with it when I initially got it about a year ago. They did an update a few weeks ago that completely locked me out along with other users according to previous reviews, but the issue has currently been corrected. Im satisfied once again! Great privacy app to keep those naughty pictures hidden :) yall know what I mean LOL
